The earthquake in Haiti has resulted in thousands of abandoned and orphaned children. Maison des Enfants de Dieu is reaching out to care for as many as they can. They extend to each of them that come to Maison love and give them a place to stay and food to eat. For His Glory is committed to standing with Maison for the people of Haiti, however, we need your help to continue to reach out and care for these precious children.
Our greatest need is for regular, ongoing support. We have issued a challenge to all those who are involved in any way with For His Glory, through prayer, giving, short-term missionaries, etc., to help us find 70 people or organizations that can come together to pledge $300 a month to support the orphans at Maison. These 70 commitments can be made up from individuals who can give the $300/month themselves, or can be combined through a Sunday School class, prayer group, Bible Study group, small group, etc. We encourage you to share about this ministry to Haitian orphans with those you are in contact with and help us reach this goal, allowing us to continue to care for the children.
