May Prayer Calendar

May 1st 2008
God will always give what is right to his people who cry to him night and day, and he will not be slow to answer them. (Luke 18:7) God your timing is always right. Even though we hear nothing, you are speaking. We may not see, but you are acting. Every incident is to draw us closer to You. Lord we lift up Abigaelle, Abraham, Anaika, Anaika, Angela and we ask that they rest in Your perfect timing for their lives. Let them be filled with your peace and joy. Speak to the staff and let them not forget Your faithfulness. Remind them You are never early and never late. Lord we pray for FHG and the orphanage that You remind them that Your arms are never to short to reach them no matter where they are. We praise you that every financial need is meet and we ask that You release it in the natural realm. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 2nd
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father encourage you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. (2 Thes. 2:16) God, we do not want our attitude to spoil the gift we leave upon the alter for You. Help us to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit. Reveal to us when we grieve you Lord. Let our attitude glorify You in everything we do! Lord we lift up Angelot, Barbara, Beechester, Berlandie, every trial they face brings them closer to You. Even though the journey may be long and hard, let them offer up to a beautiful song to You. Let their lives story glorify You. We lift up the staff that you place deep within them a beautiful song that they lift to You. May Your grace and mercy be upon the orphanage and FHG. Through difficult times we pray that their great faith rise up to speak those things that are not as though they are. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 3rd
Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace , and be healed of your affliction. (Mark 5:34) Sometimes Lord we have nothing to give. Sometimes all we may have to offer is our pain. In our pain we feel unclean, to scattered and not fit enough in our faith, and in that we cannot see You clearly, so we take a step back. Give us the strength and boldness to hold onto our hope and take a step towards You. Sweet Jesus we lift up Billy, Calerbe, Cassandra, Celena, Celina hold them in the palm of Your hand. Grow them to know and serve You.. We lift up the staff and ask that you would give them a faith that would move mountains. We pray for FHG and the orphanage that you would supply every need. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 4th
People harvest only what they plant. (Gal. 6:7) If our hearts are fertile ground and the seeds are our thoughts, what are we planting? Lord reveal to us where we have allowed thorns and weeds to grow in our hearts. We lift up Cherie, Chnaidine, Christopher, Dala, and Darline surround them with bands of angels. Pour into them Your love , peace and joy until it flows into those around them. Lift them higher and higher. We lift up the staff and ask that you help them to plant for a greater harvest this year than last. We pray for FHG and the orphanage that they plant what you tell them and they will reap a harvest greater then ever before. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 5th
Look at the birds in the air. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. (Matt. 6:26) God you were so precise when you placed the stars in the sky. You made the conditions on earth perfect for us to survive. You clothe the flowers in the field and you supply the food for the creatures. What greater care you take of man who is created in Your image. Help us not to worry about the food we will eat or the clothes we will wear. We lift up Djoubie, Dootchena, Duckenson, Eguenson, and Eli and we ask that you provide their every need. We ask that you fill any wounds in their hearts that they may have. Let them sing and shout for joy all the days of their lives. We ask that you meet the staff where they are and meet every need that they may have. You know the needs of FHG and the orphanage and we thank you that You are faithful to meet them all. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 6th
Be still, and know that I am God. (Psalm 46:10) When we set our eyes on you God, we set our eyes on the one who is greater than any trial life could bring us. Help us to rest and to be still before you, trusting that you have everything under control. We lift up Elisee, Eliza, Elson, Emanuel and Emmanuella and we ask that you reveal yourself to them. Shower them with your anointing. Pour out your Holy Spirit upon them. Lord we ask that the staff stand still and know that even in the midst of trouble You are still on the Throne. We pray that FHG and the orphanage will be still and hear Your voice, telling them the way that they should go. Grow their faith to trust that you will meet every need. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 7th
We all know that God does not listen to sinners, but he listens to anyone who worships and obeys him. (John 9:31) The power of a prayer is not in the one who says it but the one who hears it. So our prayer is that no matter how weak or inadequate we feel we will lift up our prayers to you God. We lift up Emmerson, Esaie, Esmeralda, Esperancia and Esther we pray that you pour Your anointing upon them and grow them in their faith. Let them be bold as lions as they speak forth Your word. We pray for the staff that You grow them in Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Thank you Father God for meeting every need of the orphanage and FHG. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 8th
Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5) There is never a time You are not speaking to us. There is never a time you are not speaking to us. There is never a place that you are not there. Help us Lord to stop and listen to you speaking to us. Lord we lift up Eveline, Ezekial, Ezekias, Francesca, and Francia Lord pour out Your Holy Spirit, Your anointing and Your favor upon these children. Give them the boldness and strength to stand up for what is right in your eyes. We lift up the staff and pray that no matter the situation before them, they will seek You in it. Let there eyes see You in every situation and in every area of their lives. Guide their hands and the hearts of those leading the orphanage and FHG. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 9th
I want to know Christ and the power that raised him from the dead. I want to share in his sufferings and become like him in his death. (Philp. 3:10) Lord our prayer is that we endure for you just has you endured for us! Let everything we do reflect Your glory. Give us the power to overcome just as you over came. Lord we lift up Fredlin, Frednise, Gaella, Gorvendo and Grace we ask that You will fill them with Your love, peace and joy. Strengthen them to walk through this world with a blessed assurance that You are always with them. Lord we lift up the staff that You reveal to them the power that You have given them through Your Holy Spirit. We ask for those who run the orphanage and FHG that you anoint them and place Your favor upon them so that they can accomplish what You have asked them to do. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 10th
Everyone who is a child of God conquers the world and this is the victory that conquers the world- our faith. (1 John 5:4) God our prayer is that no matter what difficult task or situation we face that you will strengthen our faith so that we may have the victory. We lift up Indiana, Islande, Islande A., Jackensene and Jean give them faith that can move mountains and set the world on fire for You. We pray that the staff have the boldness to tell of how You have changed their lives and Your faithfulness to them. We ask that you guide the hearts, minds and feet of the leaders of the orphanage and FHG and that You meet every need and want. In Jesus Name Amen.

May11th
I have given you power…that is greater than the enemy has. (Luke 10:19) Not once has the enemy spoken without Jesus’ invitation. He is powerless against us. If God is in us then the enemy is powerless against us. Lord give us a boldness in who we are in Christ Jesus. Let us speak forth Your word and crush the enemy. Lord we lift up Jean A., Jenifa, Jimmy, Jodalene and John prepare their hearts to receive the family You have chosen for them. Bond the children and their families in their spirits. Raise these children to serve and know you. We lift up the staff and reveal to them the power and anointing You have for them. Fill them with Your peace and Your joy. Lord we pray for the orphanage and FHG that they will rise above and answer the call. Give them the courage to kick the dust off of their feet and move forward. In Jesus Name Amen.

May12th
As a deer thirsts for streams of water, so I thirst for you, God. (Psalm 42:1) We ask that you give us hearts that beat after yours. Where You are there we will be also. As You are so are we. Lord help us o turn ourselves to You in every way. We lift up Johnny R., Johnny, Jonathan, Jose, and Joselito and we ask that you give them a burning desire to have a deep personal relationship with You and to have a deep understanding and knowledge of Your word. We pray for the staff that their thirst for you is quenched by your Holy Spirit. As your heart beats so does theirs. We pray that the orphanage and FHG have the courage and boldness to go after the things You have given them vision for. Let them stop at nothing less than complete obedience to Your call. In Jesus Name.

May 13th
Remain in me, and I will remain in you. A branch cannot produce fruit alone but must remain in the vine. (John 15:4) Lord our prayer is ,that in us, no one among us, not even ourselves, will be able to tell where You begin and where you end. That You and I are an extension of one another. Lord we lift up Jude, Judelanda, Julie, Juvenson and Katiana and we ask that You lift up Your countenance upon them and your face to shine upon them. We ask that the staff diligently seek Your face. That their hands and feet are an extension of You God. Let your face shine upon them. We pray that You lead the orphanage and FHG to the next level. That they will continue to look forward and no longer to what is behind them. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 14th
Continue to have faith and do what you know is right . Some people have rejected this, and their faith has been shipwrecked. (1 Tim. 1:19) Lord strengthen us to keep our strength and encourage us to grow in our faith for without faith we have nothing. We lift up KeKe, Kendy, Kenley, Kenson and Lidiana we ask that you protect their hearts mind, bodies, souls and spirits. Do not allow them to be tormented. Heal them where they may be hurting or broken. Use the hearts and hands of the staff to show each of the children Your love for them. We ask that You make the staff mighty warriors for you Jesus. We pray that You meet every need of the orphanage and FHG so that they may accomplish what You have called them to do for You Jesus. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 15th
The Lord himself will go before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forget you. (Deut. 31:8) God we thank you for Your faithfulness. Without Your faithfulness where would we be? God we thank that no matter where we go You have gone before us. Thank you God that goodness and mercy flow us all the days of our lives and we shall dwell in Your house forever and ever. We lift up Lillie, Lourdie, Ludmia, Madoche and Maria that they will dwell in Your house forever. That they will recognize Your anointing and that you are the anointer. Draw them unto You. We pray for the staff that you go before them and clear the path for their victory. Victory over every area of their lives. Lord we pray that the orphanage and FHG be victorious in every thing You have called them to put their hands to! In Jesus Name Amen.

May 16th
To the Ling that rules forever, who will never die, who cannot be seen, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. (1 Tim. 1:17) Our whole purpose of coming before You Lord is to praise you. Praising you means lifting our hearts and our hands to You. Exalting You with our voices. Praise is our first priority to re-establish the chain of command. Praise recognizes that You our Heavenly Father is on the throne and is the one who saves us. We lift up Marie-Ange, Marie-Francline, Markenley, Mala, and Melisa Jean give them the boldness to lift their voices and their hands in worship. Lord we pray for the staff that you give them the strength to do all that You would have them to do in the coarse of a day. Meet them where they are. We pray for FHG and the orphanage that You meet every need. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 17th
Get along with each other, and forgive each other. If someone does wrong to you, forgive that person because the Lord forgave you. (Col. 3:13) Unity does not begin by examining others but by examining ones self. The beginning of unity begins within ourselves. Lord help us all to take a good look at ourselves and what we are contributing to unity with our brothers and sisters in Christ. We lift up Marline, Michaina, Michel, Moise, and Monica use them to bring unity and peace to those around them. Use them to be peace makers and world changers. We pray for the staff that they look within themselves for unity among their brothers and sisters. We pray for the orphanage and FHG that they will be agents of unity. Supply every need Lord every want. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 18th
Fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. (Romans 12:2) Lord as we keep our eyes fixed on You, the way we see things will change, the way we relate to others will change, our desires will change. Give us a determination to keep our attention focused on You . Lord we lift up Naika, Neika, Nephalie, Patricia and Peterson train eyes Father to be fixed on You. Lead them down the path of righteousness and meet their every need. We pray that the staff stay focused on You. That their load be light and their burdens they will turn over to you. We pray that no matter what may come the orphanage and FHG leaders will not take their eyes off of You. Lord you are calling them higher, up out of their dry places and as they say yes, keep their eyes fixed on You. Do not look to the left or to the right but straight ahead to Me and your path will be easy. Hear my voice only! In Jesus Name Amen

May 19th
All your children will be taught by the Lord, and they will have much peace. (Isaiah 54:13) Never underestimate the power that comes when a parent pleads with God on behalf of a child. God you listen to thoughtful parents. Let us find rest in knowing that where we cannot be for our children You can. Let us lift up our petitions on behalf of our children with great faith and assurance that You are faithful to answer. We lift up Pierre, Ralph, Rania, Raphaella and Rithma that You give them a hunger for Your word and a hunger to spend time with you. Lord we pray for the staff that You meet the needs of their families. We pray for the orphanage and FHG that You meet their needs as they meet the needs of others. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 20th
He is my defender, I will not be defeated. (Psalm 62:6) Lord help us to remain calm as we wait for you to step in and fight for us. Give us strength to stand still and trust, not direct or question, just trust. Lord we lift up Robenson, Rodney, Ronel, Rose-Angel and Rose Carline bring Your Spirit upon them and let them praise, sing, dance and pray like David did. Give them a warriors spirit to stand against the wiles of the enemy and receive the victory. Lord we pray for the staff that they will dance before you Lord for You are great and greatly to be praised! Lord we pray that the orphanage and FHG lift their hands and celebrate the victory. Victory brought to them by You. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 21st
Let us hold firmly to the hope that we have confesses, because we can trust God to do what he promised. (Hebrews 10:23) When we become over come by our disappointments help us not to be patient and remind us that you are in control. We lift up Solomon, Saintania, Santiana, Santianise and Sarah give them an unquenchable desire to serve you with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. Give them revelation out of Your word which is sharper than any two edged sword. Lord we pray for the staff that through their disappointments You will bring new revelation of You and of Your word. Lord we pray for the orphanage and FHG that they stand firm of their confessions that were given to them by You. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 22nd
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing songs to God as the other prisioners listened. (Acts 16:25) At the beginning of every act of faith, there is often a seed of fear, to step out and do what You have asked regardless of whether or not it makes sense to us. Lord we lift up Saraphina, Shanaika, Sherline, Sophia, and Swolbee give them strength and boldness like Paul and Silas. No matter the situation they will pray and sing praises to You. We pray for the staff that they also be like Paul in Silas , that because of their great faith even those around will be drawn to Your salvation. Lord we pray for the orphanage and FHG that you use them to touch many lives for Christ Jesus. In Jesus Name.

May 23rd
God’s peace…will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. (Philp. 4:7) Worry comes from the Greek word to divide the mind. When our mind is divided the way we see things is distorted. Our strength becomes divided and we then waste our energy. Remind us of our job which is to pray and then our minds will not be divided. Lord we lift up Sylvesson, Taina, Valancia, Valando and Valerie fill them heavenly Father with Your peace and not allow their minds to become divided. Lord we pray for the staff that you will fill them with your peace. Help them to staff focused on what you have called them to do, the way you desire it to be done. We pray that you keep the orphanage and FHG in Your perfect peace no matter what may be going on around them. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 24th
Death and life are in the power of the tongue. (Pro.18:21) Lord you give us such power in our mouths in what we speak. So much so that our words frame our world. Help us Lord to be careful the things we speak into our lives. Give us a heart that speaks life always. We lift up Valery, Vanessa Jean, Vanessa, Vasti and Vladimy we ask that you give them hearts that beat after yours. Fill them with Your love, joy, compassion and peace. We pray for the staff that they seek you in every situation and you give them boldness to speak life to every situation. For the orphanage and FHG that you meet every need. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 25th
God can do things that are not possible for people to do. (Luke 18:27) God you challenge us to dream. You invite us to believe in you for things that are not possible to achieve through our strength. Help us to dream bigger than we ever have before. We lift up Wedmerline, Wendy, Wlikencia, Wilson, Wistanley and Yoomide and we ask that you give them big dreams. Let them dream like never before. We pray for the staff that they too have big dreams and expectations. Awaken them to see things in a different light. We are dreaming of big things for the orphanage and FHG and we wait with anticipation we can hardly contain. Lord we cannot wait to see what you have in store for the orphanage and FHG. May 26th
Now in Christ Jesus, you who were far away from God are brought near. (Eph. 2:13) Thank you God that the only thing between You and us is an open door. Help us to boldly walk through that door and receive from You what we are in need of. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 27th
He lets me rest in green pastures. (Psalm 23:2) Jesus by your pierced hands you created a place where we may come and find rest. Draw us to rest when we are worn and broken. Bring us to a place where we will accept your invitation to the resting place where we can be restored. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 28th
Abide in My love. (John 15:9) Lord we want to make your love our home or dwelling place. Teach us Lord how to abide in Your love. Your love is the place we are feed. A place that warms us when the world becomes cold. Let our soul say yes to abiding in Your love. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 29th
The Spirit comes to the aid of our weakness. (Romans 8:26) You welcome us in our weakness. Weak wills, weak bodies, you come to our aid and we invite You in to make us strong. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 30th
He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love. (Zeph. 3:17) We are in awe that you the creator of all things loves us enough to stop and rejoice over each one of us with gladness. Please Lord come into our hearts and our lives and quiet us with your love. Calm the raging battle within us. In Jesus Name Amen.

May 31st
God is love. (I John 4:16) Thank you God that you love us because of who you are and not because of who we are. Thank you for your decision to love us because you chose to. In Jesus Name Amen.
