If you are currently planning a short-term missions trip to Maison with For His Glory, you can access the applications and information forms here, as well as pay your trip fees online. We pray that you are encouraged and challenged through your ministry to the orphans in Haiti!
Pay your trip fees online:

MISSIONS TRIPS:

The application fee is $250.00 per person for a 5 day mission trip; or $350.00 per person for a 7 day mission trip. The application fee is $100.00 for minor children (17 years and younger) traveling with a parent. The application fees are non-refundable.  Applications are good for the current year and must be scanned and sent to missions@forhisgloryoutreach.org.

 

FAMILY BONDING TRIPS FOR ADOPTING FAMILIES:
The application fee is $175 per person due 30 days prior to travel. Applications are good for the current year and must be scanned and sent to missions@forhisgloryoutreach.org. Trip fees are non-refundable.

    Missions Trip Fee (7-day, first week, adult)
    Price:

    Mission Trip Fee donation for a 7-day mission trip (or the first week of a multiple-week trip) for an adult.
    Missions Trip Fee (5-day Trip) Adult
    Price:
    $250.00
    Application fee for a 5-day trip to Maison for an adult 18 or older.
    Missions Trip Fee (additional week, adult)
    Price:
    $125.00
    Missions Trip Fee for each additional week for adults
    Missions Trip Fee (first week, child)
    Price:
    $100.00
    Missions Trip fee for all children (17 years and younger, traveling with a parent) ministering at Maison for a one-week trip, or the first week of a multi-week trip.
    Missions Trip Fee (additional week, child)

    $75.00
    Missions trip fee for a child for each additional week at Maison.
    Adoptive Family Trip Fee (Per Person)
    Price:
    $175.00

    This is the fee for adoptive families coming to the orphanage to meet and spend time with the child/children they are adopting. The fee helps to cover transportation while in Haiti, meals that are eaten at the orphanage, security, etc. (Please note that this fee is per person, so if both husband and wife are traveling, please pay for each. Thank you!)
    Adoptive Family Trip (Agency Representative)

    This fee is for adoption agency representatives attending an adoptive family trip with the families they represent.
    Adoptive Family Trip Additional Child Fee
    Price:
    $175.00
    This fee is for adoptive families that are bringing an addional child with them on an adoptive family trip. This fee is per additional child you are bringing.
